Capacity: 52,769

Location: Bramley-Moore Dock, Vauxhallm Liverpool

Country: United Kingdom

The Ground

  • Everton Stadium / Hill Dickinson Stadium is located on the banks of the River Mersey at Bramley-Moore Dock, and is one of the most impressive modern football arenas in Europe. Opened in 2025, it marks the start of a new era for Everton Football Club, who left behind their historic Goodison Park after more than a century. The new ground reflects both ambition and heritage, combining cutting-edge design with a nod to the city’s industrial and maritime past.

  • With a projected capacity of around 52,769, the stadium has been designed to deliver a world-class matchday experience while preserving the raw passion and intimacy that Evertonians cherish. Steep, single-tier stands will help generate a fierce atmosphere, with the South Stand, in particular, built to echo the traditions of English football’s most vocal ends. Every seat is planned with sightlines in mind, ensuring supporters feel close to the action, while modern concourses and facilities provide comfort without diluting authenticity.

  • The architecture blends modern elegance with historical character. Its brickwork and dockside location acknowledge Liverpool’s maritime heritage, while sweeping rooflines and open spaces reflect a bold vision for the future. The stadium’s design also emphasises sustainability, with features aimed at reducing environmental impact and ensuring long-term community benefit.

  • Beyond football, Everton Stadium is being developed as a multi-purpose venue and cultural hub for the city. It will host concerts, events, and conferences, while its location within the historic docklands forms part of the wider regeneration of Liverpool’s north waterfront. For visitors, it will not only be a place to watch football but also a landmark symbolising Everton’s role at the heart of the city’s identity and future growth.
