Crest: Both Levante UD and Valencia CF share a common symbol in their crests—the bat. While the bat is a common symbol for Valencians and has adorned the city’s shield for centuries, Levante’s crest, a result of the 1939 merger between Levante FC and Gymnastic, incorporates this winged creature alongside the team’s distinctive colors.
