The Ground

Station Park, located in the market town of Forfar, has been the home of Forfar Athletic F.C. since 1888. One of the most characterful lower-league grounds in Scotland, it is famous for its traditional layout and unique features that make it a favourite among groundhoppers.

With a capacity of just over 4,500, the stadium is a mix of seating and terracing. The Main Stand provides covered seating and facilities, while other areas of the ground retain classic standing sections. One of Station Park’s most distinctive traits is the hedge that runs along part of the perimeter, giving it a charming, almost non-league feel rarely seen in modern football.

The ground’s compact nature keeps supporters close to the pitch, creating a lively and intimate atmosphere on matchdays. It’s a place where football feels authentic, rooted in tradition, and closely tied to the local community.
