Ground: MGM Timber Bayview Stadium

Capacity: 1,980

Location: Harbour View, Methil

Country: Scotland, United Kingdom

The Ground

The MGM Timber Bayview Stadium, located on the coast in Methil, has been the home of East Fife F.C. since 1998, when the club moved from its original Bayview Park.

One of the more unusual grounds in Scottish football, Bayview is a single-stand, all-seater stadium, with the entire capacity housed in one covered stand along one side of the pitch. The remaining three sides are open, giving the ground a distinctive coastal feel, often exposed to the elements coming off the nearby Firth of Forth.

With a capacity of just under 2,000, it is one of the smallest venues in the SPFL, but that adds to its charm. The compact layout ensures a close connection between players and supporters, while the artificial surface means matches are rarely postponed.
