The Ground
One Call Stadium, traditionally known as Field Mill, is the home of Mansfield Town Football Club and holds the distinction of being the oldest professional football ground in the world still hosting league football. Located close to Mansfield town centre in Nottinghamshire, the ground has been in use since 1861 and has been the Stags’ home since 1919.
With a capacity of around 9,186, One Call Stadium offers an intimate, close-to-the-pitch experience that can generate an impressive atmosphere on matchdays. While compact compared to many EFL grounds, its steep stands ensure good views and plenty of noise, especially during high-stakes fixtures.
The stadium is made up of three main stands: Ian Greaves Stand (West Stand) – The main stand, housing the dressing rooms, club offices, hospitality suites, and the dugouts. North Stand – Behind one goal and traditionally home to the most vocal Stags supporters. Quarry Lane End – Behind the opposite goal, this stand is often allocated to away fans.
One Call Stadium enjoys a central location just a short walk from Mansfield Railway Station, making it easy for both home and away fans travelling by train. The A60 and A38 provide good road links, and several pay-and-display car parks are located within walking distance. The ground’s position near the town centre also means plenty of pubs, cafes, and restaurants are available for pre- and post-match refreshments.
