How to get to the Stadium

Via Train

  • Stirling Station. From Stirling Station, Forthbank Stadium is about a 15–20 minute walk (1 mile/1.6 km). Alternatively, you can take a short taxi ride (5–10 minutes) or use local bus services.  Stirling Station, which is well-connected to major cities like Glasgow and Edinburgh. From Glasgow: Take a train from Glasgow Queen Street Station to Stirling (journey time: app. 30–40 minutes). From Edinburgh: Take a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Stirling (journey time: appr. 45–50 minutes).

By Car

  • M9 motorway. Parking: Limited parking is available near the stadium, but spaces can fill up quickly on matchdays. Arrive early to secure a spot, or use nearby public parking facilities.

Airport

  • GLA (Glasgow Airport)

  • Distance: 40 miles (64 km) from Stirling. Travel time: appr. 50–60 minutes by car or taxi. Alternatively, take the Airport Express Bus to Glasgow city centre, then a train to Stirling.

  • EDI (Edinburgh Airport)

  • Distance: 35 miles (56 km) Travel Time: appr. 45-55 minutes by car or taxi. You can also take the Airlink Bus to Edinburgh city centre, then a train to Stirling.
